Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Topshop finds, but if something isn't quite right, you have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached to be eligible.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our online returns portal to enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Choose Your Method

  Select the items you wish to return and choose your preferred return carrier to generate a prepaid shipping label or a digital QR code.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all security tags are intact, and attach the return label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; you can track your refund progress through our portal.
